Some Swing components support right-to-left component orientation, but no
.properties files for scripts which are written from right to left (e.g. Arabic
and Hebrew) have been provided.

At the moment, users/developers cannot add their own .properties files for
these Swing components. Therefore, for example, JFileChooser displays LTR
scripts like English even if the chooser is in right-to-left component
orientation.
Sun should provide a way to allow users/developers to add their own .properties
files or provide Arabic/Hebrew .properties files.
