A licensee tests their products with SymbolTest Demo included in 1.3.1_0X.
The horizontal scroll bar in applet came to not to work after they drags down
browser's scroll bar in order to show the applet of SymbolTest Demo in JRE5.0.

REPRODUCE :
   1) Invoke SymbolTest Demo of 1.3.1_0X in JRE5.0
   --> you may not be able to see the horizontal scroll bar of the applet.
   2) Drag down the browsers scroll bar to show the horizontal scroll bar
   3) Try to move the horizontal scroll bar by mouse
  --> you can not click that.

CONFIGURATION :
   JRE : JRE5.0
   OS : WindowsXP(SP1, Japanese)
   Browser : Netscape 7.0/Internet Explorer 6.0(SP1)
   MPU : Pen IV(1.4[GHz])

NOTE:
   - The action to disable the horizontal scroll bar is only in the above mentioned
     process.
     ex. If you resize the browser, you may be able to move the bar.
   - This behavior occurs only in "Windows XP Style", not in "Windows CLassic"
     of display property.
   - Even when they chnage the scroll pane to TextArea, the similar issue occurs.
   - This occurs both in Netscape 71 and IE6.0
