Focus is lost under MToolkit/plugin on linux

Turn on MToolkit on linux before bringing up the browser
$ export AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit

Load the SymbolTest demo applet from JDK 1.3
Click on the text input , works fine.
Now click on the pull down menu and select an option.
Now go back to text input and it does not register any of the text input

Workaround: Moving the mouse pointer out of the browser and bringing
it back in restores the focus.

reproducible on Red Hat Linux 3.0 Update 1 x86 with J2SE 5.0 FCS plugin
