Tested Jdk : Mustang build 12
Tested OS : Solaris sparc 9

In Java Control Panel, unable to see "Delete Files" and "Settings" buttons.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install Mustang build 12
2. Launch Java Control Panel.
3. Java Control Panel's size is reduced. Because of this, unable to see the "Delete Files" and "Settings" buttons.

Note: This is happening intermittently. Image files attached. This bug is not reproducible in 1.5.0 and 1.5.0_01
