We need to enhance the logic in Config.upgrade, to upgrade the configuration from 1.5.0 (or from 1.4.2) to 6.0.
For any configuration parameters that have been modified, we need to translate the older existing configuration values to the appropriate new ones.
Finally we need to set the property "deployment.version" to "6.0" to indicate the upgrade is completed.

We also need to copy all cached content from both the 1.4.2 or 5.0 Java Web Start cache, and the Plugin-in cache to the new 6.0 combined cache.
