We need to enhance the logic in Config.upgrade, to upgrade the Cache contents from a 1.4.2 or 1.5.0 cache to a 6.0 style cache.
This means copying all the cached jars in plugin cache, and all the cached applications, jars, jnlp files, shortcuts, and associations for Java Web Start apps, allong with all the muffins, generated splash screens, downloaded images, etc.
