Several fixes to the new Cache Viewer implementation are needed:
1.) do not run the java control panel from the "javaws" command, but instead, on
"javaws" show error describing the usage of the javaws command. (for this fix it will just be a simple error dialog, in future we should write the usage output to stdout.
"javaws -viewer" - launch the java control panel such that the Cache Viewer sub-dialog is displayed.
2.) double click on empty deleted files table will launch waiting dialog with nothing to do.
3.) on windows only, launch button , first click brings up the dropdown menu as well as launches the app. subsequent clicks, just bring up the launch button.
4.) when a table is empty, disable it, so the focus will revert to the next component.
5.) (on windows only) the jnlp files in the "System Application" view show with the default icon (instead of the application Icon) and in the "System Resources" view they show with no icon.
