As part of logging initiatives for J2SE which was started during Tiger
release, we plan to enhance security components with more logging using
the defined J2SE logging mechanisms.

Having a better/comprehensive logging mechanism simplifies the task of
debugging and monitoring java apps. In addition, a common logging/error
message format across products further enhances the ability to service,
diagnose, and maintain products.
