WEBDOC: Build failure in XP with cygwin, swing BasicButtonListener (update web docs)

      This was Build 32, on Windows XP, using ServicePack 6 of the 6.2 compilers, and using cygwin.

      The failing swing problem looks strange, I don't think this is a swing problem
      but some kind of windows build problem, maybe cygwin.

      It needs investigation.
