ProgressBar in re-install progress dialog does not show progress.

Steps:
------
1) Install an application
2) Delete the application
3) Goto "Deleted Applications"
4) Re-Install the application

A progress dialog pops up. The progress bar doesn't show any indication.
After a while the application is downloaded and dialog is disposed.

There can be two progress bars:

1) Showing the status of download of current application
2) Over all progress of download (Reflects the number of applications currently downloaded)

This will give user a better idea of the over all status.
