Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install JDK
2) Clean cache
3) Launch a JNLP Application
(./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/draw.jnlp)
4) Launch Cache viewer (./javaws -viewer)
5) Remove the Application
6) Goto "Deleted Applications" and Reinstall the Application

The progress bar on the Dialog which pops up, does not show any indication/progress of the re-installation of the application.
When multiple applications are selected for re-installation, the progress bar moves after the re-installation of each application. This shows that the progress bar does not indicate the progress of re-installation of the current application (especially when single application is selected, the progress bar is of no use)

Checked with a huge Application (e.g http://bugster.central.sun.com). The progress bar remains at zero progress till the application is re-installed.


Expected Behavior:
