Consumers come to Java.com to install the latest version of the JRE. At the end of the installation, an applet playing a video is displayed. If the browser is not restarted, then the applet will cause the browser to crash.

We would like to have
1) the installer to close all browser windows during the installation of the Java Runtime Environment.
2) installs the JRE
3) re-opens a new browser window at the end of the JRE to Java.com.
