Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a JRE (5.0uX)
2. Open IE and run an applet (leave open)
3. Install a newer version of the JRE, and it will ask for a reboot of the system.
This is a common scenario, and it's not a good UE to ask them to reboot the entire system. We should ask the user to restart their browser, and maybe even assist with the restart of the browser.
