Combo Box is gaining focus twice on JDS

Tested OS : solaris 10 (JDS)
Tested Build : mustang build 36

steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang jre build 36
2. Import notepad application
3. Select notepad application
4. Press ctrl + tab
the focus is in close button
5. Press tab
the focus is in combo box
6. Press tab again
The focus is in drop down button (arrow mark) of the combo box
