Certificate type combo box is gaining focus twice on JDS

Tested OS : Solaris (JDS)
Tested Build : Mustang build 42

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang build 42
2. Launch Java Control panel
3. Go to security tab
4. Click Certificates button
The focus is in Certificate type combo box
5. Press tab
The focus is in drop down button(arrow mark) of the combo box
