I am adding a TrayIcon to the system tray and adding an ActionListener to it. When I double click on the tray icon, it is supposed to trigger an action event. This does not happen on Win98 where I could see only mouse events being triggered for the 2 clicks.
This is noticed on Mustang-b39 only on Win98. Works fine on WinXP.
I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test. It will add a tray icon to the system tray. Double click on the tray icon. If you don't see any action event on the console, the bug is reproduced.

*** Fails on Windows NT4 also.
