MS Windows compiler option should be removed from certain Makefiles

      make/sun/awt/Makefile and make/sun/jawt/Makefile explicitly use -WX flag for MS Windows build. With this flag, warning is fatal. We should use COMPILER_WARNINGS_FATAL=true instead, and be sensible using this as it does impose hard restriction on all build variations.
