JNLP appln does not display customized splash screen when launched with URL

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install JDK
      2) Clean cache
      3) Goto the terminal (solaris/Linux) or command prompt (windows)
      4) Launch a JNLP Application which calls for a customized splash screen on the prompt/terminal only
      ./javaws http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/JaWS_mywork/Shammy/ShammyWithSplash.jnlp

      For the first launch, default splash screen is loaded (desired behavior)

      5) Launch the same application again on the prompt

      Customized splash screen is not loaded.


      But loading the application through cache viewer or browser or double clicking the application icon, loads the customized splash screen when launched for the second time

      Steps to reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) clean cache
      2) Launch a JNLP Application which calls for a customized splash screen through browser or prompt/terminal for the first time

      For the first launch, default splash screen is loaded (desired behavior)

      3) Launch the same application again through browser or cache viewer or double clicking the application icon

      Customized splash screen is loaded.


      Expected Behavior:
      ------------------
      An application which calls for a customized splash screen should display the customized splash screen when lauched from the second time onwards, irrespective of the way it is launched
