Splash-Screen is not getting cached and hence its not displayed. Functionality is broken.
Remove all files related to JavaWebStart from
~/.java/deployment/ (unix) or <user.home>/Application Data/Sun/Java/Deployment (Windows)
Launch the application http://web-east.east/www/tests/1.6.0/6193432/test1.jnlp
Re-Launch the application, if splash screen is not shown bug is reproduced.
Its noted that "splash" directory is not created under deployment/cache/6.0 directory.
This was created till b47. Regression introduced in b48.
