Regression testcase java/awt/MenuBar/MenuBarKeyHandling fails from mustang b51 onwards.

This is a regression in b51. The bug fix 6236120 has changed the behavior of F10 key. Till b50, pressing F10 used to select the menu, but after b51, it selects the menu and makes the drop down visible.
