In Java control panel, all the buttons of "ok", "Cancel" and "close" do not have shortcut now. In 5.0, the shortcuts take effect. Not sure if base team intends to do this. As there is no shortcut, the mnemonic key on the button label is extra, and should be removed. This bug appears in zh and tw and may also happens in other locales.
