wrong localization string for Belarussian language

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Windows XP

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Java reports "belaruski" as result of Display Name of Belarussian language. But right result should be "belaruskaya", because full name of Belarussian language is "belaruskaya mova".

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Locale.setDefault(new Locale("be")); System.out.println(Locale.getDefault().getDisplayLanguage());

      EXPECTED -

      ACTUAL -
      belaruski

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
