Locale returns invalid language name for language 'be'.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
just execute Locale.getDisplayName():

System.out.println(new Locale("be").getDisplayLanguage(new Locale("be")));
}
}
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
