Uninstaller does not delete sunmscapi.jar

      The jre/jdk uninstaller does not remove
      <System Drive>\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0\lib\ext\sunmscapi.jar
      from the windows system when users uninstall the jre/jdk.

      Tested Platform: Windows
             Build: jre/jdk 1.6.0-b57

      Uninstaller should remove files that installer generates.
