JRE/JDK uninstaller should remove sunmscapi.jar from the extensions directory

      The correct name of the JAR file is: sunmscapi.jar.
      It is present only in 32 bit Windows platforms.

          mscapi.jar is left in jre\lib\ext after uninstall of Mustang JDK
