This is reproducible only on Windows platforms.
Run the regression testcase java/awt/SplashScreen/test8.sh
Move the mouse inside the splash screen. Move it outside the splash screen and move it back in. Now it is seen that the mouse cursor is not the wait cursor. It is changed to the default cursor.
