I am running an application with 'splash' option and I am passing an image file. When the splash screen appears on the screen, I am clicking inside the splash screen and dragging the mouse outside the splash screen. When I bring the mouse back into the splash screen, the WAIT cursor is not shown and it has changed to the default cursor.
This is reproducible on all mustang builds only on WinXP and not reproducible on XToolkit.
I have attached a sample test. Execute the sample test with '-splash' option. You will see a splash screen. Click inside the splash screen and drag the mouse outside the splash screen. Now bring the mouse inside the splash screen. You will not see the WAIT cursor anymore.
