windows only, un-installing jdk & jre sunmscapi.jar still exists

      Install b59c jdk-bundle with public jre.

      Un-install jdk and jre through add\remove programs

      the following jar file still exists at

      C:\Program files\Java\jre1.6.0\lib\ext\sunmscapi.jar

      C:\Program files\Java\jdk1.6.0\lib\ext\sunmscapi.jar

      jdk and jre dir are not cleaned.
