Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre/jdk
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch the following jnlp appln on linux machine
./javaws http://nicole1.sfbay.sun.com:8080/JavawsMustangIntegTest/hellojaws/JRE_AutoDownload_14.jnlp
4) The 1.4 JRE is getting downloaded but the application is not getting launched.
