PIT: msi file is not getting removed when the user declines the license

Tested Bundle : mustang PIT b86 (23rd may 2006)
Tested OS : windows

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang PIT b86
2. Before accepting the license agreement, look into the <user_dir>
the file jre1.6.0.msi is created under Sun/Java/jre1.6.0
3. Decline the license agreement

The file jre1.6.0.msi still exists under Sun/Java/jre1.6.0

This file should be removed.
