PIT b88: jdk1.6.0 folder with cab files left out under java/sun folder even after declining the jdk installer

Tested OS : windows
Tested build : mustang PIT b88

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install mustang PIT b88
2. license agreement will be displayed with Decline and Accept buttons
click on Decline button

jdk1.6.0 folder with cab files in it are left out under <user home>/Sun/Java folder

Expected behavior :
Either the files should be created after accepting the agreement, or as soon as the user declines the agreement, these files should be removed
