A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
The Problem is that in areas with low network speed, it is a pain if Java Web Starting an application with large files and the network happens to break up.
What happens is that Java Web Start will begin again the same download again. I think this is a painful experience.
JUSTIFICATION :
Java Web Start Technology will never reach regions with low bandwidth issues.
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

What I expect to see a way for Java Web Start to resume from the point where the download breaks up. I think this will be a wondeful feature for Java Web Start
