a. Run jre/jdk offline installer.
b. Change install location to a mapped network drive.
c. The last error dialog should display with the checkbox selected for "Open Java Help in Internet Explorer"
d. Click "Finish", the error dialog should disappear and the Java help page should be launched.
If installing in zh_CN or zh_TW, the URL of java help page is incorrect. "zh_CN" and "zh_TW" in URL are changed to uppercase. Attached is the screenshot.
the URL for es is also wrong, it's en instead of es in the URL.
6550968 is filed for es issue. It's different from zh_CN and zh_TW, and at least the help page is loaded though it's in English.
