a. Run jre/jdk offline installer.
b. Change install location to a mapped network drive.
c. The last error dialog should display with the checkbox selected for "Open Java Help in Internet Explorer"
d. Click "Finish", the error dialog should disappear and the Java help page should be launched.
If installing in es, the URL of java help page is not the spanish one. "es" in URL is changed to "en". English help page is loaded by default.
