A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
The german version of the Java Contol Panel has on the 2nd tag "Aktualisierung" (Update) an translation error:
The following text is shown in the lower part of the dialog window:

"Java-Update wurde zuletzt am 15:38 um 07.07.07 ausgeführt."

The correct text is:
"Java-Update wurde zuletzt am 07.07.07 um 15:38 ausgeführt."

In the shown text the current date and the time are on the wrong places.
Just switch the 2 fields.
