      FULL PRODUCT VERSION :
      java version "1.7.0-ea"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0-ea-b15)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.7.0-ea-b15, mixed mode, sharing)

      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      My configuration:
Windows XP SP2 fully patched running on a AMD Turion 64 X2 laptop (Dell Inspiron 1501) nothing to fancy really.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
It occupies almost the whole screen vertically, event tough there's plenty of blank space in there. Also the window is not re sizable.

You can see the problem graphically here http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1157/993402415_2e3eeb40e5_o.jpg

      JUSTIFICATION :
This didn't used to be like that on previous versions and it's probably a slip.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
The Java Control Panel should occupy only the space needed.
      ACTUAL -
The Java Control Panel is to large vertically.

      Release Regression From : 6
The above release value was the last known release where this
bug was not reproducible. Since then there has been a regression.
