There are problems with the sizing of the Java Control Panel(JCP) and all of it's dialogs. If you launch JCP several times, you'll notice that the JCP is sized all the way from the top of the screen to the bottom. You may not even be able to see the buttons at the bottom. This sizing issues happens often. Also, if you launch a jnlp file, you'll notice the sizing of the dialogs when it's loading is also larger than usual. See attached images.
This happens on RH4, Solaris 10 and Windows XP/Vista for both the JDK/JRE 7 b23.
I believe this started in b15.
The problem is still reproducible with jdk7-b43, the JCP has abnormal size on all OS's.
