After installation, invoke InternetExplore and invoke page
 http://www.dseffects.com/index2.html,
click on java applets under 'Web' on left side,
click preview,
click Blobs

It will trigger of a popup for additional download of components.
Click on the Cancel button 2-3 times.
Browser frrezes and the microsoft error window popup shows up.

I was able to reproduce this problem consistently 3 times.
