The Browser crashes when I click cancel button displayed by JRE during component download

Steps:
1. Uninstalled the existing JRE
2. Install the JRE Kernel
3. Launch IE6.
4. Open The following web page:
http://mymachine1.india.sun.com/BugATon/RegistrationApplet.html
5. It tries to download the required components
6. It displays a message with "Cancel" button.
7. Click Cancel.
8. If the next download starts, click "Cancel" button,
9. Keep on repeating the steps whenever a next download starts.

It throws the error and crashes the browser.

OS with service pack: Windows 2003 Service Pack2
OS Locale: EN_US
Browser and version: Internet Explorer 6.0.3790.3959
