Addional Bundle Dialog still appears after Java Control Panel is fully functional.

I have Started a Java Control Panel through command line. which pops up additional dialog bundles and JCP Launched eventually and JCP become fully functional ( I have exercided all buttons under JCP everything works perfectly fine). But still Addional Bundle Download doesnt disspear. It is downloading some thing ? Kind of hanging...
