      Unable to install jdk/jre on C:\

      Tested platforms : windows xp, vista
      Tested build : 6U10 b11 (PIT)

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install jre / jdk.
      2. Check the checkbox "Show advanced options panel"
      3. Choose the destination folder as C:\
      Installation failed with 1721 error.
      Installation is successful, if the destination folder is "D" or "E"
