"File In Use" dialog on vista and XP are different

How to reproduce:

ON Vista
1. Install 6u10+ installer
2. Open a browser (IE7, FireFox) and run a java applet, e.g. the "BabyName wizard "applet:

3. Run 6u11 JRE installer...the Files In Use dialog should be displayed.

Now check the FileInUse Dialog (see attachment - FileInUseDialog_Vista.jpg)

ON XP
repeat steps from 1 to 3 (IE version is 6.0)
Now check the FileInUse Dialog (see attachment - FileInUseDialog_XP.jpg)
