How to reproduce.
1.) Install JRE promoted b26
2.) Open some applet in Browser (say 2 applet in IE)
3.) Open bugster
3.) Now uninstall from Add/Remove
4.) It will Show "File In Use" Dialog (attachement - FIU_Uninstall_Vista.jpg)

Expected behaviour
"File In Use" Dialog should show only bugster and and IE (two times) in the process list)

Actual Behaviour:
"File In Use" Dialog shows some other unknow executable name as well.

For some of the applications user may not have any idea at all (For example jp2launcher.exe in this case).
