Verified
JRE Cannot be installed using DT in Vista - StandardUser/Guest Account.
But we are able to install the bundles otherwise. UAC dialog will pop-up asking for username and password.
Ideally when installing through DT - UAC dialog should pop up.

How to reproduce :
On a standard user (with UAC enabled) - Load page : http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/raghu/kernel/KJRE001/installJRE.html
