Using MSI, checkbox text (which is normally clickable along with the checkbox) is not clickable unless the background is gray. Our offer dialogs use a white background and therefore, the checkbox text is not clickable. This is non-standard UI behavior and will be unexpected by most computer users. Additionally, it makes opting out of the offers more difficult.

NOTE: This applies to all of our offer dialogs and should be addressed universally (not just a fix to a given offer dialog or individually to each offer).
