The size of "About" window and "Network Settings" window is much bigger.

      The size of "About" dialog and "Network Settings" dialog is changed.

      Steps to reproduce :
      - Install jre1.7.0
      - Open Java control panel.
      - Under general tab, click on the "About" button or "Network Settings" button
      The windows get opened are much bigger in size which looks odd.
