How to reproduce:

1. Install JRE from http://jre.sfbay/java/re/jdk/7/nightly/bundles/<PLATFORM-ARCH>/latest
2. Launch JCP from bin dir & click on "About" in General tab
The "About Java" window comes up but has abnormal size (attached)
It's a regression in b70 on all OS's (win, solaris, linux)
