The next-generation java plug-in option cannot be changed on Windows platform

      OS: Windows 2008, Winxppro, Vista
      Java version: jre1.7.0_b67

      Install jre7 b67 on the Windows platform, run the Java Control Panel, go to Advanced tab, Java Plug-in node, check the checkbox called “Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in”, and then click OK or Apply button, the error message appear. This message means that one or more browsers are running, so the next-generation java plug-in option cannot be changed. But I did not open any browser.
