Verified
The JNLP Sprcification requires that for a jnlp file to be signed, it but match byte for byte the jnlp file in the signed jar.
This is over restrictive.
We should allow some mechanism for the deployer to indicate in the jnlp file included in the signed jar that a particular field is mutable, and changing it will not cause a mismatch when checking the signing of the jnlp file.
