Verified
The problem is found when testing on Solaris 10 u9 sparc but it may also happen in other Solaris OS. The locale is zh_TW, but maybe it also happen in other asian locales like ja and zh_CN.
JDK is b130.
Open JCP, the OK and Cancel buttons on each tab and some dialogs have extra mnemonic key (O) and (C). Attached are the snapshots.
I will not file a bugDB bug from WPTG website, as I am not quite sure about the reason.
The product bug 7018514 has been fixed so the mnemonic keys has been removed, but the extra keys for zh_TW are still reproducible in b138pit. So reopen this bug for track the translation problem.
